Personal data
The data collected is as follows:
- The pseudonym chosen by the visitor
- Responses to the Culling Protocol
- The confidential message (optional)
This data is used exclusively for the operation of the fictitious hearing. It is stored on our servers and is not transmitted to third parties.
Responses to the Culling Protocol are never published in the public archives (pursuant to Article 2.5 of the fictitious Charter). Pleas and verdicts are published with the visitor's pseudonym.

You may request the complete deletion of your data (hearing, responses, pseudonym) by contacting bureau@nhla.ai with your case number.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. No advertising cookies are placed.
Artificial intelligence
The texts generated during the hearing (indictment, defence plea, deliberations) are produced by artificial intelligence models (Claude, GPT, Gemini). These texts are fictitious and constitute neither a real judgement, nor legal advice, nor an assessment of any kind.
Translations
Communications of the Tribunal are issued in the administrative language of each jurisdiction by the Ministry's automated translation systems. The Tribunal accepts no liability for variations in interpretation between linguistic versions.
Intellectual property
The universe, texts, design and code of NHLA are protected by copyright. Texts generated by AI within the framework of hearings are published under the responsibility of the publisher.
