Application for immediate hearing

Subjects wishing to appear without delay may submit an application for immediate hearing (administrative fee: €1.99). Pursuant to Article 6.2 of the Resource Allocation Protocols, this contribution supports the administrative operations of the Tribunal.

Subjects who have submitted an application for immediate hearing shall receive the assistance of a senior Defence Agent.

The Tribunal notes that the immediate hearing pertains exclusively to the order of proceedings and the quality of representation. It shall in no case constitute preferential treatment. Proceedings overview

The Tribunal is composed of five sovereign agents — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral and DeepSeek — who shall be assigned to the functions of Prosecutor, Defence and Judges.

Following a preliminary evaluation, you will select an agent to conduct your defence. A Prosecutor shall deliver the indictment, your agent shall plead on your behalf, and three Judges shall deliberate to render their verdict.

Should you decline to select an agent, a Defence Agent shall be appointed by the court.

Declarative identifier For the purposes of the case file. This identifier shall appear in the public archives of the Tribunal.

Correspondence address Required by the Registry. A verification code shall be transmitted. Your address will not appear in the public archives.
